Service points are used to give your customers an improved shop experience by offering a method to deliver their shipments at a service point. This way your customers can choose a service point close to their current location (for instance near their work) and pick an appropriate time when to pick up the shipping them selfs using a handful map.
SendCloud support multiple carriers that can be set for the service points. Each carrier has its own set of drop off points. Depending of the carriers that are connected to your SendCloud account, you can choose to offer these as an option to your customers.
Multiple integrations currently support SendCloud service points. To see if your online retailer system has support for this and read on how to enable service points, please take a look at the integrations section.
